Brian Shaw rode a mid-round birdie binge to a six-shot victory in the Nevada City Open championship on Sunday. Said Shaw, "I just tried to keep it in play, hit fairways and greens and make the putts. I got on a little run around No. 5 and birdied four in a row, then withstood the charge of the other guys on the back nine."
