Yesterday the city announced that they had finalized the sale of the building to a new developer, Ash Place Historic Developers, for $250,000 and reimbursement of $36,722 for preliminary construction that the city started in 2002 before two lawsuits brought the entire process to a halt for nearly three years.. ...
