Elmwood Estates gets a makeover

By Crystal D. Hancock Nevada Daily Mail Elmwood Estates of Nevada is undergoing a complete renovation process. Remodeling began in mid-January and the project completion date is aimed for October of this year. Licking Construction Company is in charge of the project, supported by the Missouri Housing Authority. Contractors said the apartments were in desperate need of a makeover, essentially requiring new windows, carpeting, paint, plasterboard, doors, cabinets, appliances, etc...
