Myrtle Alice Beaman, age 78, the daughter of Samuel B. and Sylvia M. (Clibon) Franklin, was born April 15, 1929, in Elbert, Colo., and passed from this life on Monday, Nov. 26, 2007, at the Moore-Few Care Center, in Nevada. Myrtle's early years were spent in Colorado where she was one of the graduates of Calhan's Class of 1947. Shortly after graduation, Myrtle was united in marriage to James W. Beaman on June 1, 1947, at her parents' home in Yoder, Colo. To this union five children were born...
