Humansville man dies in hunting tragedy

A man from Humansville was killed while on a duck hunting trip to the Four Rivers Conservation Area in northern Vernon County. Vernon County Sheriff Ron Peckman said the incident happened at approximately noon on Sunday. "We got a call there had been a hunting accident in the Four Rivers area," Peckman said. "A 38-year-old man was fatally shot while duck hunting with a partner. The wound was located in the back."...
