The CCPA will be having a drawing for two 2008 season tickets to Arrowhead Stadium for the Kansas City Chiefs. The drawing for the two front row, upper deck seats will be held July 14, 2008, at the CCPA board meeting and will include a parking pass. City continues to accept tree branches, storm debris at collection site

The city of Nevada is accepting tree limbs damaged by the storm at the Public Works yard on the corner of Jefferson and Douglas, through the green gates. Hours are 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., through June 13.
