Roy William "Bill" Cliffman, 84, Nevada, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2009, at Medicalodge in Nevada following a sudden illness. He was born May 23, 1924, in Bronaugh, to Oliver Clinton Cliffman and Ruby Couch Cliffman. He married Hazel Lee Fletcher on Feb. 20, 1949, in Nevada, and she preceded him in death on Feb. 16, 1994...
