She was born Nov. 30, 1926, in Manitowoc, Wis., to George Michael Altmann and Hilda Anne Hummelmann Atlmann She married Adam Grosskopf in 1944 in Manitowoc, Wis. She later married L.W. Allison in 1972 in Phoenix, Ariz., and he preceded her in death in 1996. She then married Kenneth Cays in 2000 in Phoenix and he died in 2001...

The Balance of State Continuum of Care will conduct a street count of homeless individuals in Vernon County on July 29 as part of Vernon County's 2008 Continuum of Care planning process.
