Nevada Middle School is set to host a couple of back-to-school events to promote the school's drug-free activities. The Nevada Middle School volleyball skills clinic will be open to all fifth through eighth grade girls and comes with a participation fee of $25. Council approves additional sewer repair expense

Mason, who faces charges in connection with the May 24 stabbing deaths of two Nevada teens, Anne Reed, 18, and Kylie Leyva, 14.
