Dorothy Clarice Leavell, 88, Lamar, Mo., died Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010, at the Barton County Memorial Hospital in Lamar. The recent laws against using cell phones while driving your car are getting a lot of publicity. The laws vary in different localities, but generally they state that while you are driving you should not be doing anything but driving.
