Dipman arraigned in connection with 2009 murders

Leviathon Lee Dipman, 20, of Nevada was arraigned before Associate Circuit Judge Neal Quitno on two amended felony complaints of murder in the first degree in the Circuit Court of Vernon County on Tuesday.
