Teen accuses uncle of rape

A teen-ager visiting relatives in Stockton testified she was 16 years old when her uncle raped her at his residence in August 2011. The girl's testimony came Thursday during the first day of the trial of Eli Lee McKeehan, 27, of Stockton. McKeehan is charged with statutory rape and statutory sodomy, stemming from the incident.
