James Edward Dulin Jr., 67, of Schell City, Mo., the son of James Edward Sr. and Maudie V. (Austin) Dulin was born May 9, 1946, in Columbus, Ga., and passed from this life Monday, Aug. 12, 2013, at his home. James served our country in the United States Marine Corps -- completing three tours of duty in Vietnam where he was awarded the National Defense Services Medal; Vietnam Campaign Medal; Vietnam Services Medal; Good Conduct Medal; and Rifle Sharpshooter Badge. ...
