The Nevada Lady Tigers seventh-grade basketball team was bested by Carthage 26-23 in Thursday's Tri-County Conference tournament third-place game, held in Carl Junction. With the loss, the Lady Tigers conclude its season 10-5 overall. "Tonight was a disappointing way to end our season," Nevada head coach Danny Penn said. "I think we had some nerves early and we dug ourselves too big of a hole."...
