Dr. Melissa Cirulli, DO, who specializes in psychiatry, opened her out-patient practice with Nevada Regional Medical Center, at 627 S. Ash St., on Oct. 10. “For me, psychiatry is not about labeling, said Cirulli. “It’s not about me telling you, you have this disease. I hate using diagnoses as labels for people.
