Loretta Louise (Bemboom) Penner, of Lamar, Mo., passed away on Monday, Feb. 24, 2020, at her home. Loretta was born June 1, 1944, to John and Antionette (Distler) Bemboom. She was born and raised in Jefferson City, Mo.
