Wilma Irene Starr of Nevada, Mo., passed away on Monday, Dec. 13, 2021, at her home. Wilma was born in Bates County on May 26, 1921, near Sprague, Mo., the daughter of Harvey Parker Ratts and D'ella "Querry" Ratts. Her personality endeared her to all who knew her, a smile and compassion for everyone, young and old, a deep concern for humanity and lover of beauty in all things.
