Mayor Rob Sewell called the Sheldon City Aldermen’s meeting to order. The board approved of the agenda; the minutes from the last meeting; treasurer's report; and paying the bills. Alderman Phyllis Sprenkle reported that 150 came for the food pantry drive on July 7 and Alderman Robert Moran reported that there will be a county wide food distribution for anyone that lives in the county at the Vernon County Youth Fairgrounds on July 19...

After a successful football season last year, the Nevada Tigers are ready to kick off a summer camp for high schoolers as well as the youth. With a 9-3 season last year, Head Coach for the Tigers Football program Wes Beachler is as excited as ever to get the new season underway...
