Billy Wayne Wells Jr., 52, Nevada, Mo., died on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2022, at his home, in Nevada. Billy was born May 26, 1970, in Norton, Kan., to Billy W. and Rose E. (Dopps) Wells.
