Clara Jeanette Russell, age 98 of Nevada, Missouri passed away peacefully at home on January 20, 2024.   Jeanette, as everyone knew her, was born March 11, 1925, in Milo, Mo. She was the daughter of Albert E. and Maggie L. Griffith Pilcher. She was the youngest of 10 children.   Jeanette married Calvin C. Russell from Deerfield, MO on December 4, 1946, in Fort Scott, Kansas. They spent 60 years together until his passing. She spent most of her life in Vernon County. ...
