Mearl E. Moseley
Mearl E. Moseley, 88, died Jan. 24, 2004, at Christian Health Center, Nevada, Mo. She was born March 7, 1915, the daughter of George Dallas and Dulcie May (Moore) Moseley in Alicia, Ark. She lived in Mountain Grove, Mo., until moving to Papinville in 1993. She worked at the Security Bank in Mountain Grove for many years. She took care of both her parents until their passing and worked faithfully in the Southside Baptist Church as a nursery worker for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Rich Hill, Mo. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Pearl Coffman and Marie Black. Mearl is survived by one brother-in-law, Melvin Coffman, and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Services were held at 2 p.m., on Monday, Jan. 26, at First Baptist Church, with Pastor Phil Fox officiating. Organist was June Yarick. Musical selections were "He Hideth My Soul" and "Rock of Ages." Casketbearers were James Coffman, A.F. Yarick, Daniel Coffman, Dale Fischer, John Coffman and Ronnie Dickerson. Honorary casketbearers were Russell Black and Jimmy Black. Interment was in Hillcrest Cemetery, Mountain Grove, Mo. Arrangements by Sheldon-Booth Funeral Home, Rich Hill, Mo.
