Chase Leroy Wintjen

Chase Leroy Wintjen, 7-week old infant, of Corey and Chrystal Wintjen died Jan. 24, 2004, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. He was born Nov. 25, 2003, in Fort Scott, Kan., to Corey Lee Wintjen and Chrystal Marie Lambott Wintjen.

He is survived by his parents Corey and Chrystal of the home in Moundville, twin brother, Chevy Lee Wintjen, of the home; paternal grandparents, Tim and Debbie Wintjen, Moundville, Mo.; maternal grandparents, Jane Warehime, Fort Benton, Mont., and James Lambott, Fort Benton, Mont.; paternal great-grandparents, Robert and Pearl Wintjen, Nevada, Mo., George and Peggy Kuhlman, Moundville; maternal great-grandparents, Louise Warhime, Fort Benton, Mont., and Royce and Peggy Applegate, Jeraldine, Mont., and numerous aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 28, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, Mo., with the Rev. John Swatosh and Kennon Shaw officiating. Interment will follow in Moore Cemetery. Friends may call now and until the hour of service at the funeral home.
