Ted Reed

Ted Reed, age 70, died Saturday, April 10, 2004. Memorial services were 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 13, at Southwest Baptist Church in Wichita, Kan.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce; one son, Joe Reed, of Towanda, Kan.; three daughters, Judy Johnson, of Hillsboro, Kan., Jill Whitmore, of Wichita, and Jana Martin, of Towanda, Kan.; four brothers, W.H. Reed and Fred Reed, of Lee's Summitt, Jack Reed, of Springfield, and Mike Reed, of Rich Hill; three sisters, Joy McKenzie and Wilda Reed, of Nevada, and Mary Lou Carpenter, of Roland Park, Kan.; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Cody Johnson, and his parents, Aubrey Lee and Ruth (Wheeler) Reed.
