Nevada Griffons baseball camp

Submitted photo The Nevada Griffons hosted a baseball/softball camp on June 18 and 19 for boys and girls in first through eighth grades. Nineteen area youth had fun while learning batting and throwing techniques from the Griffons. The United Way of Vernon County once again contributed, enabling the cost to remain at a minimum to participants. Graduation was held on Sunday, June 20, at Lyon's Stadium, prior to a Griffons home game.
