Leola D. Larimore

Leola D. Larimore, 87, Nevada, died July 2, 2004, at Moore-Few Care Center. Services and family information to be announced by Evergreen Memorial Chapel.

Hayden Craig Brooks Sr.

Hayden Craig Brooks Sr., 53, died June 30, 2004. He was born Dec. 3, 1950, in Nevada, the son of Jim and Alberta Brooks. In 1983, he married Marilyn Drysdale in Rich Hill.

He graduated from Rich Hill High School in 1968. And he graduated from Drury University in Springfield in 1972. He was an independent freight broker for AAA Transport in Kansas City, Mo.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a niece. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn; two children, Hayden Craig Brooks Jr., and Taylor Anne Brooks; step-son, Jeremy Zechiel; mother, Alberta; sister, Cindy Steuck; two step-grandchildren; and two nieces.

Services were held at Heuser Funeral Home on July 3 at 2 p.m., with Brother Bill Perkey and Pastor Dan Muzzy officiating. Casketbearers were Hayden C. Brooks Jr., Jeremy Zechiel, Ron Steuck, Nathan Rapp, William Davis and Randy Bell. Interment was in Green Lawn Cemetery, Rich Hill. Arrangements were by Heuser Funeral Home, Rich Hill.
