Loyd Eugene "Gene" Hendrix Sr., 76, Nevada, died March 23, 2005. Services were held at Ferry Funeral Home on March 26, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Terry Mosher officiating. Soloist was June O'Connor. Musical selections were "Grandpa told me so," "Amazing Grace" and "Safe in the Arms of Jesus." Organist was Betty Seitz. Pallbearers were Doug Duncan, Ed Garwood, Cody Hendrix, Bill Garwood, Jared Badders and Austin Stevens. Interment was in Moore Cemetery in Nevada. Arrangements are by Ferry Funeral Home.
