Century Club members coming in

Solicitors for Century Club memberships, the group which will underwrite the expenses of the Centennial celebration, report success in their campaign of enlisting 120 members in the organization.

Each of the members of the club will subscribe $100 to the underwriting fund for the celebration, only 40 percent of which is being collected at the present time.

"And we hope," said A.G. "Sandy" Smith, co-chairman of the drive, "that it won't be necessary to call for the remaining $60."

The membership fees will be returned to the Century Clubbers if the celebration show any profit at all.
