New city council members sworn in

New council members Dr. Russ Kemm and Bill Gillette were elected to three-year terms; Dick Meyers was elected to the two years remaining in the unexpired term of Tim Moore, who resigned. One of the last orders of business addressed by the outgoing council was the resignation of city manager Craig Hubler. According to city attorney Bill McCaffree, Hubler's resignation was to become effective prior to the installation of the newly-elected council members.
