Fifth Quarter events set to begin Sept. 1

The Nevada Parks and Recreation Department will again be hosting "5th Quarter" at the City/County Community Center, 200 N. Ash, Nevada, after all regular season Nevada Tigers home football games. The first "5th Quarter" will be on Friday, Sept. 1, 9-11 p.m. Only middle school youth will be permitted to attend. This is a lock-in -- once they arrive they must stay in the building. A parent or guardian must pick their child up promptly at 11 p.m.

Activities include: big screen TV, ping-pong, basketball, music, dancing and other fun activities.
