The Nevada Lady Tiger volleyball team won again Monday, topping district foe Pleasant Hill in two games, 25-16, 25-16.

Nevada improved to 7-0 outside tournament play this season, as they got nine assists from Emma Dreyer and four kills from Amanda Wilson.

Brittany Crockett, Kristen Badgley, Bethany Brower and Ashleigh Bryson each had three kills in the match, while Crockett added five blocks.

"We're sitting pretty good right now," Nevada head coach Trudy Fleeman said. Nevada has wins over Harrisonville and Pleasant Hill, giving them the inside track for the top seed in the district tournament at the end of the season.

"We played two good games," Fleeman said.

Nevada also won the JV contest, 25-22, 25-14. They also won the Harrisonville JV tournament last weekend and are undefeated this season.

The freshman team lost to Pleasant Hill Monday, 25-17, 25-19.
