Police search for missing local teen

The Nevada Police Department is looking for a 15-year-old runaway, Jared C. Brundige. Brundige was reported missing from his home Friday by his mother, Mellisa Brundige.

Brundige is 5 feet 9 inches tall, 130 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black shirt with a white T-shirt underneath, blue jeans and a brown, bomber-style jacket.

The police are asking anyone who has had contact with Jared, or believes they may know where he is staying, to contact the Nevada Police Department at (417) 667-2710 or their nearest law-enforcement agency.
