City to hold meeting on sewer bond issue today

The Nevada City Council will be holding a special meeting this afternoon at 5:30 to provide Nevada area residents information on the $9.8 million in sewer bond that the city would like to have approved by voters on Aug. 7.

Anyone with questions about the proposed bond issue will be able to pose those questions to Nevada City Manager Bill McGuire and Roger Beach, waste water treatment supervisor during the meeting.
