A new sign on the grounds of the Osage Prairie YMCA heralds the coming of a new swimming pool planned at the facility, and urges patrons to maintain support of the project as fund-raising efforts continue. --Steve Moyer/Daily Mail

Excellent, keep up the good work. Certainly will beat the old Radio Springs Park pool, from the very long ago past. However, that pool for its day was great. The exception was Wednesday when it was completely refilled from the Spring at about 50 degrees F. It had a wonderful three meter high diving board.

I also remember that wonderful Radio Springs Park pool, what a great place that was! When I tell people about that pool in the lake, they are amazed and can't imagine it. I also liked going over to the "island" when I was at the pool, and also hearing stories from my mother about the dances and parties that were held there way before my time. Whenever I am back in Nevada to visit, I always go down to Radio Springs Park and the memories come flooding back.
