Welcome back picnic for Cottey students Saturday

A community picnic welcoming this year's Cottey College students to the area is scheduled for 6-8 p.m., Saturday, at Marmaduke Park.

Each year. local groups, organizations and businesses gather together to offer information about the community to students new to the area and to welcome them to Nevada.

This is Cottey's 125th year.

The picnic is free and open to the public.
