Julie C. Davis, 47, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of two counts of passing bad checks. She was released on a $3,850 bond.

Jim D. Zachary, 70, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of sexual assault. He is being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Megan R. Leonard, 23, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear for passing bad checks. She was released on a $475 bond.

Zachery E. Gilman, 21, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of assault. He was released on a $500 bond.

Travis T. Williams, 31, of Belton, Mo., was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of assault and driving while intoxicated. He was released on a $2,300 bond.
