Nevada Lady Tigers golf takes first overall at Pleasant Hill

The Nevada Lady Tigers golf team competed at Pleasant Hill Thursday afternoon with marked success.
The Lady Tigers finished first overall of the three teams competing with a final score of 206 and took three of the top five and four of the top 10 individual scores. Lakyn Mansfield again turned in the best score of the team, coming in second overall with a 49, just six strokes behind the individual best of the match.
Emily Debrine finished just one stroke behind Mansfield, tied for third overall with Pleasant Hill's Emily Friedrich at 50. Melea Galimberto tied with Pleasant Hill's Davin Danner for fifth, with a final score of 52.
Mariah Jones was another three strokes back in 10th, finishing the course in 55 strokes. The Lady Tigers are scheduled to be in competition again on Monday as they host a home match against Girard, Uniontown and Seneca.
