Jazz concert to be held at Cottey on April 19

An "Afternoon of Jazz" will be presented on Sunday, April 19, at 3 p.m., in the auditorium of the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts. The concert is free.

The "Afternoon of Jazz" will feature the Cottey Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Gary Johnson, along with the Nevada Middle School Jazz Band and Nevada High School Jazz Band, both under the direction of Tom Meyer.

Open to the public.
