A new community building in Marmaduke Park awaits use by Nevada area residents and their families and friends. A paved parking area ensures accessibility, even during rainy weather.

Another view of the kitchen area is shown at right. The building, which has a capacity of 69 people, also has restrooms and tables and chairs, and is climate-controlled. Nevada Parks and Recreation Director Robin McHugh said that the building has already has been booked for 10 events, through the month of June.
