Jan. 13

There were reports of 10 paper services, an animal neglect in the Milo area, a check well being in the Nevada area, a funeral escort in the Nevada area, a burglary in the Stotesbury area, a child custody dispute in the Richards area, harassment in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Deerfield area, suspicious activity in the Nevada area, and a careless and imprudent driver in the Nevada area.

Jeremy Deshazo, 34, of El Dorado Springs, was arrested by the Nevada Police Department on charges of two counts of passing bad checks. He is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Dannalee J. Graham, 22, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to obey judge's orders. She is being held without bond.

Jan. 14

There were reports of an escort in the Deerfield area, two follow ups in the Nevada area, a vehicle accident in the Nevada area, a request to speak with an officer in the Nevada area, a controlled burn in the Vernon County area, and a deceased person in the Vernon County area.

Tammy S. Church, 36, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $500 bond.

Angela D. Thomas, 35, of Walker, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of failure to appear. She was released on a $100 bond.

There were reports of 13 paper services, a check well being in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Richards area, harassment in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the Nevada area, suspicious activity in the Moundville area, and a traffic hazard in the Nevada area.

Steven J. Wheeler, 25, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle. He was released on a $1,500 bond.

There were reports of a miscellaneous call in the Nevada area, 11 paper services in the Nevada area, a child custody dispute in the Nevada area, a domestic assault in the Nevada area, a civil matter in the Montevallo area, a deceased person in the Vernon County area, a controlled burn in the Nevada area, an ambulance request in the Schell City area, a juvenile problem in the Vernon County area, and a drunk driver in the Nevada area.

Ashton J. Finley, 19, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of driving while revoked. She is being held without bond.

Douglas A. Stangeland, 46, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of burglary, two counts of kidnapping, assault with a firearm, and four counts of armed criminal action. He is being held without bond.

Andrew D. Wadel, 21, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of burglary, two counts of kidnapping, assault with a firearm, and four counts of armed criminal action. He is being held without bond.
