Local athletes compete in All-Star games

The first annual Lions District 26-M5 All-Star basketball games were played on Saturday, June 12, on the campus of Missouri Valley College, in Marshall, Mo. Three area athletes were members of the girls' South team. They included former Bronaugh Lady Wildcat Katlyn Douglas (far right) and former Hume Lady Hornets Katie Orear (middle) and Carlee Campbell (far left). The South team picked up the victory over the North team by a final score of 70-53. Orear had four points and Douglas had three in the winning effort.
