Cheryl Ann Fuller
Cheryl Ann Fuller, age 58, of Joplin, Mo., passed away June 9, 2010, at Freeman Heart Institute, Freeman Hospital in Joplin. Cheryl was born Jan. 19, 1952, at McCook, Neb., to Kenneth and Myrtle (Ritz) Fuller. She grew up on the family farm and graduated from Beaver Valley High School, Lebanon, Neb. She worked at TRW until it closed. She lived in Omaha, Neb., for several years, and then returned home in 1989 to care for her father. Later she moved to North Platte, Neb., and attended North Platte Community College, and graduated as a medical technician. She worked in Fort Morgan, Colo., for several years. In 2000, she met her life partner, Donna Miller from Nevada, Mo. At that time, she moved to Missouri to be with her.
In Missouri Cheryl worked at Barton County Memorial Hospital, Lamar, Mo., as a medical technician in the laboratory. Cheryl also enjoyed working in her workshop and had amazing talents working with wood. Her grandparents, Zeke and Catherine Ritz, Jim and Gladys Fuller, her parents, brothers Robert and Richard Dale, preceded her in death. Survivors include her life partner of 10 years, Donna Lynn Miller, of the home; sisters, Ramona Koch and her husband Gilbert, Eustis, Neb., and Nancy Kimsey and her husband Warren, Stayton, Ore., and brother, Larry Fuller, Sublimity, Ore.; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great- nephews. Graveside services are on June 18, at Wilsonville, Neb., followed by a memorial service on June 26, beginning at 3 p.m. at the Lamar Park in Lamar, Mo.
