See You at the Pole rally Sunday

Several area churches are uniting to sponsor a pre-See You at the Pole rally at Marmaduke Park Sunday, Sept. 19, from 4 to 8 p.m., to celebrate the 20th anniversary of SYATP. There will be a free picnic, games, a special speaker and the band Apokritheis will perform. The pre-rally picnic is open to all area middle school and high school students.

The event will be held around the flagpoles at the middle school and the high school on Sept. 22.

The middle school event will be first, at 7 a.m. and the high school event will be at 8 a.m.

See You at the Pole is a student-led event. Parents and other adults may support and watch as the students lead out in prayer for their school, city, nation and the world.
