Wearing his crown, Nevada High School senior Elijah Solidum, is named Mr. NHS at the end of the school's Ninth Annual Male Handsome Pageant Friday night.

Nevada High School dancers were kicking up their heels during the annual Male Handsome Pageant April 1. In the foreground is Cameron Byergo, who was named Mr. Congeniality. Leaving the stage at left are masters of ceremonies Megan Hendrix, left, and Rilyn Phillips.

Nevada High School senior Nathan Conley laid down a heavy beat during his part of the talent competition during the event, which drew a capacity crowd in the school auditorium.
