Kevin Lee - Katelyn Charlton

Announcement is made of the engagement of Katelyn Charlton and Kevin Lee. The couple plan to be married on Jan. 7, 2012, in the Cottey College Chapel in Nevada.

Parents of the bride are Phil Charlton of Harrisonville, Mo., and Kamero Haverstic of Columbia, Mo. Parents of the groom are Mark and Theresa Lee of Nevada.

Katelyn is a 2008 graduate of Nevada High School and will graduate from Missouri State University in December with a bachelor's degree in elementary education.

Kevin is a 2007 graduate of Nevada High School and obtained a bachelor's degree in agronomy from Missouri State University. He is currently working on his master's degree in plant pathology at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville.
