Libby Elise Pryor

Libby Elise Pryor, 49, of Joplin, passed away on Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, at her home.

Libby was born May 2, 1962, in Colorado Springs, Colo., and grew up in Nevada, Mo., where she graduated from high school. She also received an associate's degree in business from Vatterott College in Joplin. She worked for several different companies in the Joplin area, but the majority of her time was spent being a stay at home mom, taking care of her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister who was deeply spiritual.

She was preceded in death by her father, Milo Sutcliffe.

Survivors include her sons, Travis Pryor of Harlingen, Texas, Christopher Foster of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Kaleb Watson of Joplin; daughters, Lacy Pryor of Joplin, Kayla Sword of Harlingen, Texas, and Libby Watson of Joplin; mother, Sharon Sutcliffe of Nevada; brothers, Andy Sutcliffe, Jimmy Sutcliffe and Mark Jackson; sisters, Barbara Pryor, Julie Gray, Crystal Stalheber and Sara Nelson; and grandchildren, Elise, Rocky, Jabin, Lilyian, Jaelynn and Dredan.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary. Private family services will be held at a later date.
