George Edward Harkrader

George Edward Harkrader, 87, of Pappinsville, Mo., died Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at Willow Lane Nursing Home. He was born Jan. 27, 1925, to George and Sophia Harkrader in Pleasant Gap, Mo.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 14, at Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel in Butler, Mo., with the Rev. Barrett Case officiating. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Friday, April 13, Schowengerdt Chapel. Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Prairie City, Mo., with the Rev. Michael Manz presiding.

Contributions may be given to the Heartland Hospice, American Heart Association or charity of choice.
