NHS trio selected for all-star volleyball match

Three Nevada High School volleyball players have been selected to participate in the First Annual Grin Action Classic All-Star High School Volleyball Game. Cassidy Lowery, Marisa Hughes and Bailey Harbit, recent NHS grads, will play for the West Team. The event is Saturday, June 2 at 1 p.m. at Parkview High School, Springfield.

West Team -- Emily Zimmerman, Rickie Lea Duley and Katie Eichelberger, Carl Junction; Hannah Blount, Carthage, Sara Jennings, El Dorado Springs; Chloe Hadley and Danielle Walker, Joplin; Darien Stancell, McDonald County; Hughes, Lowery and Harbit, Nevada. Coaches: Sara Wall, Carl Junction, Mary Colin, College Heights.
