Nevada and Willard will obviously take the field with very different mindsets as Willard picked up a 40-20 win over Marshfield last week and the Tigers lost a hard-fought battle to the Holden Eagles last week by a final score of 33-28 on the game's final play in a contest that Beachler said could have been his first career final-play loss. Beachler said that missing just a couple of blocks occasionally was the biggest reason for the loss and that has been the biggest thing he has worked on throughout this week's practices. Beachler said the biggest keys to neutralizing Willard's attack on both sides of the ball this week will be to simply execute the offense a little more sharply, make tackles, move the ball consistently and force turnovers. The Tigers of Willard have shown an obvious preference toward the running game and Beachler said his main focus in this week's game will be to shut down that running attack and make Willard throw the ball more. The Tigers did have a few players "banged up" this week, Beachler said, but only one -- Cole Sanderson, who has a foot injury -- will sit out this week's game. Dalton Hendren has not been ruled out due to the injury to his hand, but was listed as questionable Wednesday.
