Sidewalk project under way in Nevada

The Safe Sidewalks Enhancement Project that the city is pursuing with the Missouri Department of Transportation advances Thursday at Franklin P. Norman City/County Community Center. Winans said the sidewalks are being widened from four to five feet, north on Ash from the community center to Hickory, then west to Nevada High School.
