Lady Tigers to host youth basketball clinic

The girls' division of the Nevada High School youth basketball program is set to begin on Saturday, Oct. 27.

Lady Tigers varsity basketball coach Brent Bartlett, along with assistant coaches Jenny Allard and Clay Wheeler will be heading up the program. They will be assisted by members of the Nevada Lady Tigers basketball team.

On the agenda for this year's four-week programc will be fundamentals of the game, as well as team play. A T-shirt will be given to the participants.

The program is open to all girls in third through sixth grade and will be held at Nevada Middle School on Oct. 27, Nov. 3, Nov. 10 and Nov. 17, from 9-10:30 a.m. The $15 fee per participant is to be paid at registration on Oct. 27.
